This coming Thursday, September 14, 2017, is our first big fundraiser of the year.
You can find two files linked below. The first is a permission slip, please have the boys return to Matt Valento this week or bring with them to the Autospa. The second is an updated flier, that we would like you and your players to share on social media. Anyone can come and have their vehicle washed on Thursday with or without a ticket. Those without tickets will just pay $10 at the event.
Payments for tickets and unsold tickets: Please have your player bring any payment to practice this week. Jodi will be around after practices to collect or players can bring payment to the event. If for some reason you have any tickets you are unable to sell and don’t feel as if you can sell them before Thursday, please return ASAP and we will see if there is anyone that would like to continue selling.
Pizza for players: We will be providing pizza for the player, since they will be coming straight from practice. Is there someone that would like to take care of placing the order for the pizzas and picking up the night of the event…we are thinking Sams Club or Costco would be the most economical.
